Our Policies

HOURS OF OPERATION – Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 7pm, Wednesday and Friday 10am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm.  If a special time slot is needed, earlier in the morning or later in the evening, requests will be taken into consideration, but may require a non-refundable pre-payment of service.

SKIN CONSULTS – We have an unwavering commitment to making your skin the best it can be. We offer consultations to access your skin and prescribe a skin care regime specifically tailored to your individual needs. All clients will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire and treatment consent form upon check-in, designed for optimal out come with great results.

AGE REQUIREMENT – must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.

LATE ARRIVALS – Our scheduling allows the correct amount of time to complete each service. If you are unable to arrive on time, we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible and the normal fee for the treatment will remain the same. However it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment if over 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show and you will be required to pre-pay for any further services. The pre-payment charge will not be returned for any further no-shows. If you have purchased a series, one treatment will be deducted per no show.

CANCELLATIONS – If you must cancel or change your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge. All services rescheduled, cancelled, or missed on same day of appointment are subject to the policies listed above.

PRODUCT RETURNS – If you are not satisfied with any product, please return it with original receipt within 30 days of purchase.  We will gladly exchange your products to suit your needs.

CONSIDERATION – This is your time. Please leave babies and children at home. We are a “no cell phone zone” for your relaxation. Out of courtesy to those around you, please turn off all cell phones and mobile devices.

GRATUITIES – Gratuities are not included in any service or package, but are always greatly appreciated.

GIFT CERTIFICATES – Certificates are available in any dollar amount or for any of our services. Certificates can always be used for any service or product unless stated otherwise for promotional offers. All gift certificates are non-refundable and are not cash redeemable.

PAYMENTS – We accept Visa, MasterCard, and personal checks. There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks. Our terms are payment in full upon fulfillment of services or delivery of products. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of service via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court. You shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.
